Never do cooked bones
My grandmother taught me that
My raw fed maltese is thriving. The bacteria is mainly for humans to be careful. Dogs’ stomachs are made to handle bacteria we don’t.
Also garlic is safe for dogs if fed in super small amounts. One small clove a week chopped up really fine and mixed with their food is good for keeping fleas and ticks away.
Most dog food has garlic
Great video for all dogs!❤
“Önions and garlic”
I gave my dog a chicken and veggie dish that had garlic in it once when I had run out of dog food. I had googled it and it was safe but I forgot that it had garlic – it had no other spices herbs or sauces as I was about to cook it for the family but gave it to her first. Thank god I didn’t hurt her!
It’s soo interesting that years ago we give our dogs bone and it was such a treat. I never had a dog choke or died from eating it. I have no idea how it became a no no for dogs now.
Avocado? Cooked bones, raw fish? I understand you want to promote dog food sales but surely!!! Our dogs literally sit outside the avocado tree to get them as they fall! They love them and have never been sick. I now have a Maltese (hence why I am here) but this is crap. Salt, sugar and overprosessed dog food is bad but the rest, pls don’t.
Freeze raw bones minimum 72 hours. It will kill germs & allow them to chew to their hearts desire.
@ 3:00 – Did he just whack his Maltese on head!? Am I seeing that correctly!?
