  1. The video is very sweet and inspirational, but it’s also important to remember that some animals will never walk again and will have disabilities for they rest of their lives and they also deserve to be loved as they are.

  2. That little boy really helped his best friend by always being there for him. Such a heartwarming story. So glad Grizzly defied the odds, good boy!

  3. Thank you everyone and especially Eli for posting our Griz again before Christmas. Thank you so much. We miss him so much.

  4. Grizzy is one beautiful and adorable boy!! I am so glad that you didn’t give
up on him. I am glad that he didn’t give up on himself. the people who helped
Grizzy learn to walk again are angels!!

  5. For those who would like to know, Grizzy was walking and living his best life for 4 years. However, on October 2nd, he gained his wings and passed on – surrounded by the people who loved him the most.

  6. My dog is 14yrs… we rescued her at 6months old……from a bad owner… Now she has Arthritis. She is happy and we help her on small walks or in a cart. She is never alone. Her face is now white and she don’t hear so good, but her eyes are like big bright pools of love. 4 years ago she had a throat cancer op. Now it has returned. She has filled my life with joy and helped me with PSTD. She is my best friend. She took care of me. .. Now its my turn to take care of her. I don’t know how much time left we have together, but it will be too short. Dogs may be a part of your life, but to them, you are their whole life. Love them, and care for them.

  7. Did you know the bible says most people are going to Hell? There is a narrow road to get to Heaven and very few find it? Why is this? Because we are dead in trespasses and unable to have full revelation of the bible and God’s will for our lives. We need the merciful gift from God of regeneration. This is where God brings us to life and leads us to repentance and the turning away from a life of sin and leads us to accept him as our Lord and Savior. We become servants of Christ rather than slaves of sin. The bible says unless a man be born again he will not enter the Kingdom of Heaven. The bible says we must examine ourselves to be sure we are in the faith! Is your eternity assured? Have you been reborn from above? I pray today that you will ask the Holy Spirit to regenerate you, teach you his word, and lead you to him if he hasn’t already. Amen Amen
Titus 3:5 – Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost
Matthew 19:28 And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. 29And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name’s sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life. 30But many that are first shall be last; and the last shall be first.

  8. This kind of thing is why I cannot foster pets – I fall in love with them. I’m very happy that there are people who can.

  9. Our little rescue boy, Barney, got Wobblers when he tried to jump on to the kickstand oo our sofa where I was sitting. He became paralyzed on one side.
The vet suggested Barney may never walk again except maybe very slowly over a long period of time. We waited the weekend before taking him to have him put down. But, on Sunday morning he showed us he was wanted to beat the odds. I worked with him to get him to walk normal the way you did with helping his front paw pads to touch the ground. Within 2 weeks he was running, falling down, running, falling down. He overcame! His balance was a bit wobbly after that ordeal, but it did not stop him. He was a happy happy boy.
Barney was already in love with me for saving him from the highway one Sunday. When he healed from Wobblers he was madly in love with me. Dogs know when they are loved and cared for, and they know how to show it.
Barney was such an awesome dog.

  10. Some humans are bad. Lots are good. This family is too and deserves that dog. Like some say “every dog deserves a home but not every home deserves a dog.” This home deserves a dog.

  11. <<–Beauregard my 135 lb 8-year-old bloodhound is struggling to keep walking. Hip dysplasia is slowly taking his mobility. We still walk every morning and every evening I have rigged a harness where I can help support his rear end. We spend a lot of time at the river because he does well in the water. I have built several sets of wheels for him because I know that day is coming. This video brought me to tears. I will never give up on my Beau just as you never gave up on your Grizzy.

  12. I am in tears watching this. I lost my cat on nov 18, 2020. He had seizure and couldn’t walk few weeks before that. He went to hospital and then soon after rehab. He was starting to walk. Then he couldn’t and his anemic level went so high within a month, heartbeat so low and small seizures back even with the heavy Ned. High blood pressure. It was tough a d he wasn’t eating suddenly. I had to let him go. I feel very guilty. He was starting to suffer. Hospital bills were almost 10k. I wish I was a rich person. Damn, I miss him. I feel guilty I am starting to feel ok when I shouldn’t. I hope I didn’t rush to let him go. Damn. Rip my buddy. It was so nice being with you for 13 years with me. You came to me about age 2 my beautiful Himalayan

I am glad the dogs in this video recovered. More of the best for all.

  13. Love and reinforcing encouragement by many determined and dedicated people all helped Griz get going. Wonderful job! Amazing results too!

  14. Never heard of that disease, I’ll have to look it up. But such a heavy dog, it really is unbelievable that you got him walking again.
