Great Job. Can’t wait for more vids.
Great job. What is the spacing of those recessed lights?
Nicely done. I agree the flooring and the wall color looks great together. The homeowner must be thrilled that you were able to give them such a nice basement in such a short period of time.
One thought that might be nice if you are willing to share is what something like this would cost? Perhaps just round numbers such as around $10,000 in materials and $30,000 in labor. If I do it myself I could possibly save most of the labor or just pay for things I can’t do such as drywall? I know you talked a little about that in BFU – just wonder what the numbers are like these days. Obviously I don’t want you to disclose anything that you would consider personal or proprietary.
Nice job Eddie!!! Looks good.
