2 Fish (Any type that has been Dried)
3 Mineral Water
4 Flour (Any type produced from Grinding Potato’s/Wheat/Etc)
6 Meat (Only red meat, ie. Weasel, Fox, Wolf, Pork, Deer, Bear, Beef)

alll very interesting but for what you will make out of this you might as well grind exp and use your energy to increase high profit nodes to get workers on. This is a total waste of time and energy (quite literally) 🙂
What lvl of cooking do you need to be? I tried and it wasted ingredients and said not enough skill
