    That should not let cats wander outside at all! They should either be on a leash, indoors, or with the humane society. Right now legally you can’t address this problem at all! That needs to change, for the sake of the cats, and the city in general

    We have so many people in BC looking to adopt dogs and cats to the point our local bcspa don’t even have many animals left.
    It doesn’t take a smart brain to create some sort of an alliance between the two provinces.
    If people can fly animals from Ukraine in the most bizarre and unethical way to sell and profit from then we should be able to create some sort of working system for these animals to find a new home.
