Can people stop expecting everything to be perfect all the time? Obviously this wasn’t intentional or even a mistake. It just… happened.

    There friends

A bit freakish yes but I think that the family is overblowing it, celebrate your loved one’s life, bury him and be done with it. The administrators of cemetery should have consoled them but honestly, what could have been done to stop this from happening? It just seems like a very unfortunate incident but not something worth getting lawyers and law enforcement involved over.

That looks like a right foot, not left.

  6. Tom Jones on January 20, 2023 at 2:40 am

  7. PogMonke on January 20, 2023 at 2:41 am

  8. smartbomber06 on January 20, 2023 at 2:42 am

We got a family plot with over 30 family members buried there since the mid 1800s. A few times there were bones that got exposed when the holes were dug, it’s to be expected. The hole may have been dug in the early hours and not visible at the time and it could have fallen loose from the side of the hole when they lowered the casket.

  9. Fatswordsmanslej on January 20, 2023 at 2:44 am

Looks like when they dug the hole, they broke the wall of the casket. I mean it can happen, and these people are over reacting I would say.

You have no control about what goes on underground. They can’t go around digging up graves to check on the dead. It’s a freak accident that just happens without warning. I feel for the family, but the ground shifts and makes things happen.

  11. Freemason Archive on January 20, 2023 at 2:46 am

bro, i worked at graveyards, berried mannny people. each of the coffins get a tomb if you will to be put it. if you use a casket, it will rot and the ground will cave in, cbs is spreading a false story. there wouldnt be a foot left if it had been in the dirt nor would it move over the casket, this is fake period

    One foot in the grave

  13. Repurposed Art on January 20, 2023 at 2:48 am

Did the family try to sue? I would not be surprised considering this type.

  14. Robfmas on January 20, 2023 at 2:50 am

It doesnt look like outer burial containers are required in this cemetery. As caskets deteriorate, i guess its possible for things like this to happen. Its not intentional.

  15. Jacob Highland on January 20, 2023 at 2:51 am

They want an apology? Are you freaking serious?? It’s a grave yard..when you put Graves close to eachother this kids of event happens. Besides you only rent a grave for up to 99 years anyways. Somone is gonna be plac3d onto his casket anyways .

  16. savanna on January 20, 2023 at 2:52 am

What’s the big fuss? If you can have a roommate why can’t you have a grave mate?

This reminds of when in Romania a jet crashed into a cemetery, and they were pulling out bodies for years.

  23. Anneliese Voelker on January 20, 2023 at 3:01 am

All I can do is laugh. Maybe the other corps wanted to make sure he didn’t try to get out. Boo!

  34. Inotjoshua14 on January 20, 2023 at 3:21 am

Bro do they not know the earth moves so it maybe shifted the bodies around In the dirt. Eventually the coffins break bc of the pressure then the body’s start moving

  35. minutemuse on January 20, 2023 at 3:22 am

A dead body? In a cemetery? Unthinkable.

  36. Nicky PooPoo on January 20, 2023 at 3:22 am

I can give you an explanation, it turns out your father isn’t the only person that we have put in the ground. It turns out there are lots of people in cemeteries and bodies shift. It’s amazing no one thought of this.

  37. Rebecca on January 20, 2023 at 3:23 am

  41. Press Master 1 on January 20, 2023 at 3:27 am

I wonder if when the funeral is over they’ve been dumping the body’s into the graves and reselling the caskets?

  42. Fasil Limerick on January 20, 2023 at 3:28 am

I don’t think he put his foot there on purpose. And I’m only half joking. This is awkward, and maybe difficult to see, but it’s nobody’s fault. If anything, it was an excellent memento mori.

  43. Zeltzin Tlachinolli on January 20, 2023 at 3:29 am

Apology for what? They didn’t do it on purpose
