  11. Thanks for the vid Nate but just some quick question coach. Number 1: should I stretch before I foam roll or vice versa or does it matter. Number 2: u know your body weight program, I just started doing it yesterday but before I did it, I also sprinted around 110 yards 8 times, then I did some other body weight exercises and then the first exercise of phase 1 of your program. Would you say that the workout I did yesterday was a good one or a bad one. And Number 3: would it be good to do a body weight workout from your program on the same day as a weight lifting leg day (leg day), so u know I can do your workout at the end of my weight workout (u know squats, trap bar deadlifts, weighted Bulgarian split squats etc) would u say that’s fine or would u change it up.
