Hurricane Fur Wizard Review: As Seen on TV Lint Brush

Hurricane Fur Wizard Review: As Seen on TV Lint Brush

Hurricane Fur Wizard is an As Seen on TV lint brush designed to remove pet hair. It is reusable and self-cleaning. As the owner of four pets, I couldn’t wait to put this product to the test.

Or you could try using a slightly damp rubber washing up glove & wiping it over the surface

best way to remove pet hair, is to remove the pet..

just kidding, well for 18.99$ ill give it a try myself, my cat hair is the worst!

This fur wizard does not work for cat hair on bedding at all. Basically just moved the hair around and further embeds it into the fabric. Good for removing dog hair from clothes but my cat sheds 50x more than my dog. Wish i could return it honestly. Best is the lint roller but i’ll go through about 10 sheets just to get the hair off when the cat slept on the bed only one night. So you can imagine how many i go through in a week =(. Wish there was an electric alternative, my dyson just sucks the bedding up with the hair

I don’t know how anyone can live with all that fur lol

  8. Joy Choe on October 4, 2019 at 11:28 pm

How the heck did you remove the base so easily? I’m struggling so bad,

  9. Kevin Benoit on October 4, 2019 at 11:29 pm

I noticed the main complaint on Amazon is that it’s SOOO difficult to remove from the base. But it looks super easy here in this video lol

I have a Maremma… Nothing works other than vacuuming about 20 times a day.

There’s a red ‘lint brush’ that I’ve had for MANY years (I think about it often since I have a cat but forgot where I put it. NOT the cat… the lint brush!). It’s basically the same as this product but doesn’t have the sleeve to remove the trapped hair. But all you have to do with it is to wipe with the ‘grain’ of the brush on something and the fur wipes off. Having said that I really like the sleeve with this product because it traps most of the hair inside until emptied. For that reason I’m seriously thinking about purchasing this product. I use sticky tape lint rollers like crazy and in the long run this would be much cheaper. Oh and Baily is just a cutie pie!

*I starting collecting clothing from around the house to clean up-I felt like I had new clothes!>>>**ur2.pl/989** Great for sweaters, winter hats and gloves.*

This thing is actually awesome. I thought it looked stupid at first… coworker swore by it, so I picked it up. AMAZING. Cleans dog hair really well off anything – couch, carpet, curtains, whatever!

I’m really happy seeing this. I saw the Fur Wizard at Walmart and wanted to see someone actually use it before I dropped $20 on something that may not have even worked. I am someone who has a lot of black clothes, a dark work uniform, and a light-colored Siamese calico cat. My roomie has a white Shih Tzu on top of it with navy blue work uniforms so something like that would be invaluable to both of us.
I’ve used other lint brushes that sell for a lot cheaper of course and, while they work well, I don’t like the fact that there isn’t a better way of cleaning them without putting some of what you took off back into the air and possibly back on you. Lint rollers are great too, but create a lot of unnecessary waste and we’re trying to cut down on that. That’s probably why this product caught my attention with the way it cleans. It doesn’t have to be 100% clean, but enough to make a sizable difference. If I wanted it 100%, I’d have to get rid of my pets and there is no way that I’m doing that.
I think I’ll be getting this when I hit Walmart next. Thank you for the video!

One thing I noticed is that on the actual "As Seen on TV" they only go over the garment area once and You and Vivian on "Seccret Life of Vivian" have to go over the garment area several times to get it cleaned. I will be staying with the Dollar Tree one, Works just fine. Thank you for sharing.

I had one before and broke the bar…yup, I pressed very hard. Trust me, having two removers is always better than using one at the same time. You can swing them like a hurricane.

Your review is great but I gave you a Like because of your dog :3

I have one of these. I keep the mini in my glove compartment for removing pet hair from my car seats.

  23. Roberto Torres on October 4, 2019 at 11:49 pm

So how would one clean out the part where it takes the hair off?

  24. ppdan on October 4, 2019 at 11:49 pm

It’s a little over a year since you posted this. Just wondering if you are still satisfied or did it disappear somewhere deep in a drawer?

I just got this for Christmas. I have 3 cats and 2 dogs. Holy crap! This is the best gift I’ve gotten in years! I’ve had other similar brushes but the base that comes with this is awesome. It saves time and I don’t have to make little piles of fur around as I clean.

  27. Stsrt7 on October 4, 2019 at 11:56 pm

Люди не ведитесь, видео обрезанное, в момент когда он вставляет щетку она практически без шерсти. На другом видео здесь на Ютубе эта же щетка видео обрезано в момент когда щетку вытаскивают.

  28. Ste Dogger on October 4, 2019 at 11:56 pm

The handle pulls off constantly when I pull it out of the dock I have to take base off and push it up.

I have 2 short haired dogs and one cat & I can’t even imagine how much fur your retriever gets everywhere. I have enough hair lying around…I love golden retrievers just don’t think I could manage that much fur lol

  32. travel on October 5, 2019 at 12:00 am

The base is very difficult to pull out in my opinion

  33. Katie Hahs on October 5, 2019 at 12:01 am

Would you recommend this over the ChomChom?

  34. Christopher Booth on October 5, 2019 at 12:04 am

Thanks for reviewing this. I almost purchased this about a month ago but put it back on the shelf thinking I’d better research the ratings first. I’m definitely going to pick one up now.

  44. Herbert Miller on October 5, 2019 at 12:17 am

This is hardly new I had something similar about 30 years ago. They work fairly well.

  45. Robin Browne on October 5, 2019 at 12:18 am

Looks like it works pretty well. I mean the cloth was pretty clean, and most of the fur ended up in the trap. Reminds me of a Mythbusters episode testing James Bond myths, where Jamie swims underwater wearing a tuxedo under his dry-suit and then sees how long it takes for him appear at the casino. You have to watch the episode https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pTzCftmqVL4 to get the full story 🙂 Anyway, I am thinking that James Bond could use a "Miracle Lint Brush" for a quick touch-up to appear in impeccable attire after his action scenes. Or is this only As Seen on TV 🙂
