Not only is all the panic shopping crazy enough, but in today video a lady SCOLDED Muducea for not wearing a vest?? Under ADA law service animals do NOT have to wear a vest or have any identification WHAT SO EVER. Before i could explain ANYTHING to the lady she got in Muducea’s face and told her she is a ‘disgusting fake service dog”

I have a question Since service dogs do not have to be labeled that they are service dogs or have a vest or a harness things like that how do you train them to know when they’re working and when they’re not is there a command that you say to them so that they know that they’re working

The obvious comment here is DEFINITELY to do with what a terrible person you’d have to be to scream at a dog, who isn’t even in charge of where their owner takes them (disregarding that yours is obviously SUPPOSED to be with you), and not even bother to ask someone respectfully/try to educate them!
A couple other small things:
*I really love that there was a worker who came to check on you guys, but I’m also amused that he literally waited until the Terrible Lady walked away before sweeping over to you!
*That really is a very large box of cereal – I’m not sure I’ve seen one that big in my own store, but maybe it just looks bigger from a video perspective?
*If it doesn’t bubble, is it really soap?

Should wear some sort of I’d. A lot of dumb asses claim there dogs are service dogs when they are not. When I worked Consumer Protection this was a big problem in restaurants.
