That’s a cool idea that you and your bestie do the car coffee dates. My bestie and I (always met at work. I don’t work where she works anymore but we are still besties 17 years later) I need to start the car rides dates with her thanks for the idea

Honestly, I really like the background. It’s simple yet effective. It really brightens up your videos just that little bit more!

Im not even a full year into the grooming Industry and it’s definitely no joke lol. I got my training through a pet store and though it wasnt a great fit for me, I’ve definitely found the best salon to work for. It’s all about personalities and what works best for you. My training definitely has a lot of holes in it but I’ve followed many dog grooming Facebook pages to help with things i don’t know. I’m constantly learning new ways to groom dogs. It’s a very exhausting job but it’s also been the most rewarding in my opinion. Keep up the great work and as always you look amazing 🙂

What do you use to remove your makeup?

Burnout is definitely real. I’m not a dog groomer, but I do work in another job that became even more stressful once Covid hit. I work with 10 kindergarten students who are all diagnosed with autism. I’ve seen a lot in my 15 years doing this job, and it’s also mentally and physically taxing. Between the lifting, toileting, and getting hit or assaulted regularly, as well as major staffing shortages and always being asked to do more; I completely understand burnout ❤️

Could have gone to a shelter. It helps out and you get your hours. Makes you look good too!

Just found your video. I want to thank you for your honesty about your educational and work experiences in the field of dog grooming. I would agree that the hands on educational experience under the guidance of a seasoned groomer is invaluable. Also, the job of a groomer is not easy and anyone that thinks you are not working hard is just ignorant to what actually happens on a day to day basis. Again thank you for giving me the information needed to becoming a groomer.
