We were recommended to Carkeek Park Vet through our greyhound adoption group because Dr. Melissa Yanik is greyhound savvy, which is an important thing when you have needlenoses in your family.

Our two greyhounds absolutely love going to the vet, and they always have a tail wag for Dr. Yanik and her team. We have been in for tummy troubles, stitches, ear infections, and other minor issues. The last time we were in I was worried that one of our guys had a sketchy growth on his butt. It turned out to be a piece of asphalt embedded in his skin, so they didn’t charge me for the visit.
