I dislike for the fact that she is touching and rubbing too much the little dog’s stitches. It is way too much. I feel so bad for the poor puppy. When I first saw it, I thought she was going to show the stitches were not healing well. This is because the area is read and swollen. Good intention but POOR execution of this learning video. Too much talking. Too much rubbing/touching the incision when it is trying to heal. I won’t recommend this video.

Hi I have three female pets ( dog ) all three are spayed. No problem with first two, But the prblm is we spayed our last pet last Saturday, her sutures are not absorbable. Its like a nylon suture. My baby have swelling in her entire stomach area and bleeding. So I took her to the vet again they again put a suture but still there is swelling in her belly , its red and it’s causing her trouble. Last night she removed her sutures I so worried. She is not wearing ecollar, or mask I couldn’t control usually she doesn’t behave like this .

Thank you so much, my puppy is had full hysterectomy this morning and I am a wreck. This video is making me feel better about the recovery process and what to look for. ♥️

My golden doodle has internal stitches and she had the zoomies on her second day of recovery. If I walk her on a regular leash, she will pull the collar to the point of choking and the trazadone prescribed for her by the vet wears off way before I get home and then she gets hyper. No one is here to watch her and I’ve tried crating her but she wales and freaks out in the kennel.

Sorry, but 8 months is too young for dogs to be spayed – vets have realized that they have not finished growing and they need the hormones, our dogs and cats will die of so many diseases, and bone cancer because of it. Best time is around 18 months to two years.

WE are spaying two of our puppies from the same litter, the same day. They are very active, together, obviously. How do we keep them fairly quiet so that they can heal properly, when they will likely want to play and wrestle together as soon as they can? They share the same large kennel, but we’re thinking of putting them close together in separate kennels and letting them out potty separately for the first week. They’re not going to like it obviously 🙁 Advice?

Hi, is there is a small bump underneath the stitches on my kitten. Should I be concerned about hernia?
