When I was young I had rats and when it came to the unfortunate time to put them down, my brown rat was terrified on the vet’s table. She ran straight up and put her little feet on the collar of my t-shirt and buried her head in my neck and wouldn’t be moved. I felt like her safe space. Rats are intelligent and affectionate and love people, we need to remove the stigma because I got bullied for my pets when I’ve never had the same connection to an animal since.

Imagine how this feels: You desperately want to have pet rats, because they are awesome, but you already are the dad of two free-roaming cats, that are hunting rodents and pidgeons.
(Of course, my boys only go after what is categorized & percieved as "vermin", because of the surrounding circumstances, since "vermin" is not protected by humans and predators in urban environments are encouraged by society to "hunt down vermin")
I will not give up my boys. So I just enjoy these videos and dream about keeping pet rats in a safe environment for them.

Humans evolved the most precises hands and fingers of all the countless animals on this planet, whic means we can pet all animals the most precise way possible, animals might cuddle with each other and pet each other but no other species than humans can pet and cuddle as precises and careful as humans… which means we evolved to be the ultimate petting animal and evolved to make friends with everything. lol

Many people says that rats are ugly and scary and stink, and other bad stuff, but I lived with rats around 5 years and now, sometimes they small stink, but they smart and friendly cute friends 🙂

I have always wanted rats but my mother is to creeped out by them so I got a Dwarf hamster instead I love him tho he a lil baby when I move out I am going and getting every animal at the pet shop I love animals!
