  2. Can you go to any health care provider ( family doctor, therapist, etc.) to get the note as long as they know you and your medical history?

  3. I am brand new to this process and do not know where to begin to get my service dog now that I have a letter from my doctor. Is there a company or special person that I need to buy the dog from? Do the dogs come fully trained for my needs? What if you cannot afford a service dog I desperately need one to help you in your every day life? Is there some sort of government or private organization to help you fund getting a service dog? Basically, I need to know everything! Maybe there is a website that I can go to? Can you guide me to some websites that are legitimate or give me some answers to these questions? I would greatly appreciate any help that you can give me.
