The Brave Wilderness hosts and crew are professionally trained but receive assistance from animal experts and safety personnel when in potentially life-threatening situations. Permissions were obtained by the crew to film in all locations associated with this series. No animals were injured, killed, or removed from their natural habitat in the filming of this program and instances where animals are brought to the scene are clearly acknowledged in the video. Professional advice should always be sought before entering any dangerous environment, or before encountering any species of animal. Every precaution is taken to handle animals with care and in the least stressful way possible; expert opinions are often solicited when handling animals that may potentially inflict harm to any cast and crew.

Looks like the turtles eyes are hidden when it strikes, kinda like a great white shark.

  2. Jellyfish Gumdrop on September 9, 2022 at 8:07 am

Yeah add bones with the same density of a humans so that we can see the true “damage”

My uncle pulled 12 snappers out of my grandpa’s small pond. They wrecked the fish population.

  9. Rustboy10 on September 9, 2022 at 8:18 am

Hmmmmmm so you get bitten by snakes and stuff but don’t get bitten by a snapping turtle, I can clearly see why.

  10. Jason Martinez on September 9, 2022 at 8:22 am

Why not use a snapping turtle instead of am alligator snapper? Snapping turtles can generate more force than alligator snappers.

  11. ED Schmidt on September 9, 2022 at 8:22 am

Question. What does an Alligator Snapping Turtle have in common with a shark?

  12. David Conner on September 9, 2022 at 8:22 am

I’ll bet that’s not the first time someone messing around with a snapping turtle wound up putting a lost finger in their pocket.

Unless coyote is getting damaged I really don’t want to hear from him. Coyote only value is as a crash test dummy.

  35. quaz imodo on September 9, 2022 at 8:48 am

And don’t forget to add some internal bone structure to an artificial hand next time to make it more realistic. Also red color fluid in simulated capillaries would help. Rather than mostly a promotion for high tech camera equipment and film making OK ?????

  36. Jason Muska on September 9, 2022 at 8:51 am

I used to love his channel and I will say without question, I think it is fantastic for children. However as an adult I just can’t do it anymore. Years ago in the beginning it was fantastic. But then Coyote turned it into a mellow dramatic dramatization.

Though he is certainly brave and I will not take that away from him He does however throw a hissy fit over being stung by things that simply just don’t really hurt all that much. I grew up out in the country. Plus I lived in the rainforest of Costa Rica for over 2 years so I’ve been stung in bitten by a lot of things many of the things that he has done on this show and I’m not the toughest dude in the world by any means but I didn’t have the reaction he did. That’s why I just can’t do it anymore.

  37. fhew sekhwe on September 9, 2022 at 8:54 am

this entire video was in slow motion…took 12 mins just to show us 3 bites. Could have done this video in 1 min.

I hate like hell to do it but I’ve got to ask. Are you dressing like that on purpose bro? You are going to slaughter the houses this year, Indiana Jones for Halloween.

  45. Shadowhenge on September 9, 2022 at 9:02 am

Should try to do a stingray shot. It took Steve Irwin from us but I dont think anyone really understands how powerful it was.
