Teddy has the same markings and black dot on nose as a cat on another rescue video named Wanda? I wonder if they are related? So happy for all the animal lovers and rescuers that help these sweet creatures!

I worked at an animal shelter in the cat area I lost my Oriental Ragdoll cat from old age she was 17 human years old which meant her animal age is 7 times that and I lost her one day but in a dream she came to me and said in her meowing voice, "It is OK to get a new cat with my love I gave you permission." Then I meet Henry a LHC black with a white tux on his belly. He didn’t leave my leg all of my shift. My mom thought that I needed a cat to replace Olivia so she went inside the shelter and said, "Save Henry for Jason." They did and next week when I worked another shift Henry was inside the cat room which I work in.
So he is mine when I left for home Henry come with me. He is feed through Chewy dot Com when I ordered his food from. He is a Long Haired Cat that sleeps on my bed til I fall asleep then he sprawled out on my kitchen tile floor when I called out his name in the night he immediately jumped up on my bed and sleeps with me nozzles my head. My cats can stay free in my apt without having to pay a pet fee of $300 per year cuz I am a head injured survivor that needs cats to be around me to feel secure in my apt. Your pet video touched my heart and I have to write you my story to read and know that I love cats like you do~

Awesome job you guys! But It’s actually not a job when you love what you do. I’ve been volunteering at a Cat shelter that houses over 400 hundred Cats here in Ohio for about 10 years and they have there own vet and an awesome facility that also Houses FIv and feline leukemia cats that live in a spacious comfortable safe environment for the rest of there lives. So thank you for doing what you do. ❤️

Reminds me so much of my cat Xander. I picked him up off the streets of Florida and nursed him back to health. He’s 13 now, and starting to fail, but he’s had a love filled life the past 4 years!

    love

  7. Evelyn Dill on January 25, 2020 at 12:57 pm

His fur pattern on his face is exactly like my cat and I immediately started crying. I got him out of a bad situation and I have no doubt that if his rambunctious lil self had run away as a kitten without being fixed he could have ended up that way. He is such a sweetheart and I’m glad he was helped. Help animals they are innocent.

Two of my cats were ones I got off the street. One was starving, flea bitten and hardly had any fur, as she was allergic to the bites and had scratched away huge patches of fur. I’ve had Georgia 7 years now and she’s such a loving playful kitty.

  18. oompa loompa on January 25, 2020 at 1:11 pm

That cat must’ve thought he was in a dream for a few days after being rescued.

  19. Serendipity861 on January 25, 2020 at 1:13 pm

Awh, poor baby. Seeing the state he was in when you found him made me so sad :'(
He’s such a sweet loving boy. People abandoning animals is so wrong and upsetting. He’s gorgeous and so fluffy. It’s lovely seeing the work and effort his fosterers (and you guys) put in for him. Thank you for saving him

    Fix your pets, people!

  25. Flatbush Cats on January 25, 2020 at 1:18 pm

Teddy is one of the lucky ones. New York is full of stray and abandoned friendly cats living on the streets that need our help. Please support your local cat rescue by donating, fostering, volunteering, or participating in trap neuter return (TNR) if you have lots of cats in your area. If you see a cat outside like this, they need your help! For daily updates and more cat rescue tips, please consider following us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/flatbushcats/

Thank god there’s people like you in the world.

  27. Michelle Morse on January 25, 2020 at 1:20 pm

What a sweet kitty! You can clearly see how loving he is I just hope that his time on the street was because he ran off from home and that his previous family didn’t abandon him. I know it’s something that some people think is an okay thing to do… makes me sick. I’m SO GLAD that Teddy was rescued!! Keep up the Amazing work! You’re truly a hero to these amazing creatures!

  34. Helen Scott on January 25, 2020 at 1:30 pm

How the hell could there be dislikes on a rescue?

  35. Tibi Keresztes on January 25, 2020 at 1:36 pm

I like the chewed up ear, gives the frontline kitty aesthetics. I have a dog who’s blind, got him because he was blind and his eyes were totally black like he’s wearing contacts. Got to love hardened Battlefield pets x0x0x0x0x

  36. CP48 on January 25, 2020 at 1:37 pm

    I want him

  37. Ancupola on January 25, 2020 at 1:38 pm

While this is endearing, the funds would have surely been better spent on needy people.

  38. Angela Margarita on January 25, 2020 at 1:42 pm

I made a donation towards Teddy’s expenses and I gotta say, this warms my heart to know he’s sooo much better. I love this. Congrats Teddy! ♥️

You had me at-IT WAS TIME TO SAY GOODBYE

  40. Carolyne G on January 25, 2020 at 1:45 pm

This is the best cat rescue video Ive ever seen! Have fostered a street cat for a while and can appreciate that it is actually hard work and takes up a lot of time as they are emotionally and physically damaged. The joy of seeing them flourish and restored is priceless. Thank you for sharing this story
