  1. I question if this recipe is balanced. Dogs need specific amounts of nutrients such as calcium and phosphorus in order to be healthy. Feeding an unbalanced home made diet is very dangerous and can cause serious health problems for your pet.

  2. Oh hell no! If you’re a vegan or vegetarian, don’t even get a dog if you’re not going to feed the dog properly! That means meats!

  3. Kudos for the Video! Sorry for chiming in, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you ever tried – Parlandealey Pets Yummy Process (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? 4. There is no way this guy is a vet. Even his "tech" looked down after and almost says nope with her lips or tries to hold a smile. This reminds me of some weird heist movie and you guys gotta dress up as vet and vet tech

  5. that’s not true, they do not have the same risks as humans eating raw, their anatomy, their GI digests different from humans, they also have the stomach acids and enzymes to break dowm raw bones and meats.

  6. My dog was hospitalized for a week with pancreatitis so she needs to be on a low fat diet. We generally give her cooked chicken with veggies and sometimes cottage cheese or yogurt. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

  7. We now know that brown rice and also white (unless it is from certain places in Asia) are full of arsenic…as is chicken. GMO corn is ill advised…but corn itself, is one of tye best source of some of the only required fatty acid, EFA….From Whole Dog Journal: Linoleic acid is the only EFA required by all animals. As the main unsaturated fatty acid in most vegetable oils, linoleic acid makes up 15-25 percent of most poultry and pork fats, but less than 5 percent of beef tallow, fish oil, and butter fat. By comparison, corn oil has 87 percent unsaturated fatty acids, with 55 percent linoleic acid. Safflower oil is also a good source of EFAs, containing 89 percent unsaturated fatty acids, with 72 percent linoleic acid. Although a range of 5-20 percent fat is generally used by commercial dog food producers, 25-50 percent of the daily energy requirement can be supplied by fat during periods of high caloric need such as growth, lactation, or physical exertion.

  8. Looked good but in concerned about feeding yogurt and oil? Why not just ground flaxseeds instead. Maybe cabbage for intestinal health?
