As an owner of three cats I can safely say none of them poop inside my house. Can’t speak for other people’s.
But this thread is utter insanity. The only creatures I can say I hate are probably crane flies and blood drinking bugs, and even then, I don’t have this rage boner for them, they annoy me and bite me.
I bet most of these people hate seeing people happy and can only get joy from making others suffer.
I feel like the sane ones just hate people who have dogs yet dont care about them enough to train or take care of them. Cats are WAY easier to take care after, probably that OPs reasoning.
So here’s a story very similar to the one in the video my mom fostered a dog named Kyah who was originally owned by someone else and they had her for about 9 years but then her husband brought his dog when he moved in and his dog did NOT like Kyah at all attacking her so often that they had to separate them and it got so bad to the point where the husband threatened to leave her unless she got rid of HER dog that she’s had for 9 years and unfortunately that’s what happened so we had to Foster her while the adoption center tried to find a home for her and it was really unfortunate since Kyah was VERY nice and very friendly with kids and people but fortunately we did end up finding her a home
I’m more of a cat person, but WOW this subreddit is just pitiful. I can understand that dogs can be a bit much at times and you’d rather not be around them, but to hate dogs to the point of even celebrating them being gone is a whole new level of pathetic. These people clearly need help if they’re gonna revolve their entire lives and personalities towards hating dogs.
On a more positive note, Charlie’s dog is freaking adorable!
The only problem I have with this is the idea that cats are smelly because of their litter box. Scoop it out everyday when you get home, and dump it into a trashcan with a lid to close and use scented trash bags. Imo that’s just the base level responsibility of taking care of your pet and your house

I feel like these people would kick a dog down the stairs. To call a dog a waste of oxygen…wtf do you want a dog to do??? They’re literally just there to be ..a dog like just don’t have a dog or some shit idk
i dislike dogs because they’re so loud and im sort of afraid of them, most muslims absolutely despise dogs and that’s one of the things i like about muslims even though im not one. if one ever bites me, i’d gladly kick and fight back as much as i can until it either kills me or someone stops me so im not going down without a fight.
im a dog sitter, and one of my clients has been training and showing and raising dogs her entire life, but her husband is actually allergic to them. she told him, if he made her choose between him and dogs she would be forced to choose dogs because of how significant they are to her life. im talking 30+ years of training dogs professionally. she owns 3 dogs and they are very important to her. her husband still happily lives in the house and they just put in extra effort to keep his allergies down. granted they arent like horrible life ruining allergies but still, the fact that someone who is literally allergic to dogs is willing to stay in a relationship with a dog lover, but these people arent willing to just because they dont like them, is very disturbing
To be fair there is a wide spectrum of dog types/sizes/behaviors. I don’t think its unreasonable to refuse to date someone because they have a large aggressive dog.
Bruh cat’s don’t kill people lmao. Probably only 1% of the entire population has been seriously harmed by a cat and that’s most likely infants more than adults. Dogs are considered one of the most dangerous predators. Don’t you dare bring cats into that lol

I’m a dogwalker, and I have run into some of these folks irl. I once had a guy chase me down in his truck just to yell at me about not picking up after the dog I was walking. The dog peed on his lawn. It’s thankfully rare, but I can’t be surprised these people have a subreddit.
