Victim of Rochester dog attack meets Good Samaritan who saved her life

Rochester, N.Y. – They faced two attacking dogs – and got away, together.

At a hospital meeting Thursday, Tracey Van Houte hugged her new friend and cried. For awhile, there just were no words.

Then this: “I remember you, standing in the roadway when I was laying in the road,” she said through tears.

  1. Good job driver that euthanized the dangerous dog. You did what the government is too incompetent to do and have saved others from similar injuries. The other dog is still alive waiting to kill children and attack adults. You think a ticket will prevent a dog attack.

  2. Most of those houses are paid for with tax payer dollars. Maybe stop buying losers houses? Maybe stop paying people not to work and stay home and sell drugs? Just an idea lol.

  3. I hope she gets better over time. This attack happened less than 20 minutes from me. I hope the owners of the dogs rot in jail for some time

  4. How could this happen when no one was home? Dogs can’t protect their home? Owners have no rights to privacy? A dog and family is destroyed because of outside forces. More damage has been done by drug dealers and thugs than what these dogs did. If HIPAA laws could talk.
