WALMART PET SUPPLIES TOUR | Walmart Sells Fish?

WALMART PET SUPPLIES TOUR | Walmart Sells Fish?

Some Walmart’s have much larger pet sections than others, so I thought I would show you one of the larger in my area. This particular store even has a small fish section, which I don’t really think is a great idea. Does you Walmart sell fish?

I was in a Walmart in either DC or Boston(I’m not sure where at all, I live in scotland and did a tour of NY, Washington DC and Boston) and they had the same wall of fish…. except half were dead and the other half was eating the dead fish. The dead fish had no eyes and some were left with just half a body… there was barely ANY fish stuff for sale too. The tanks were dirty and horrible and I was genuinely disgusted that somewhere could be selling fish like that

People down the comments are like "our Walmart doesn’t have fish…. Our Walmart doesn’t take care of their fish"
And I’m here like "i don’t have a Walmart in my country "

In England we have Asda which is in partnership with Walmart however the difference in pet supplies is massive. In Asda we only have one tiny pet section and it is mostly dog and cat items with very few small animal supplies, definitely no carefresh or aspen just wood shavings.

My Walmart in Peoria, IL does sell fish. I find it depressing. Also, I thought that EdibleLogz are bad for small animals, right?

  18. Carley Turner on May 19, 2022 at 12:32 am

My Walmart sells oscars!! They’re in this itty bitty tank and there’s at least 10 in there :,( they all are scarred up from fights

  19. Sara C. on May 19, 2022 at 12:32 am

So sad, it should be banned, people are such careless psychopaths.

  20. minniesfigures on May 19, 2022 at 12:33 am

My Walmart used to sell all different kinds of fish and the tanks looked so gross all the time and they didn’t look healthy but luckily they got rid of them a few years ago

  21. Johnny Carreiro on May 19, 2022 at 12:35 am

Honestly, u should of done a different type of music when u were showing the fish. This is just sad to watch. They have no protection and some r breathing extremely hard. U should of done like sad music or something.

I no longer shop at Wal Mart because of the inadequacies in their caring of betta fish especially!!

  23. Kit Kat on May 19, 2022 at 12:42 am

Some of my Walmart’s do good for their fish. They always have a small decor inside them, but not something great for hiding.

How do you attach a water bottle to a Bin cage

  25. Griffins Animals on May 19, 2022 at 12:45 am

In my almost 30 years of life I’ve never been in a Wal-Mart that didn’t sell fish. I hate that they sell fish.

  26. Klick on May 19, 2022 at 12:45 am

My local Walmart has a pretty large section of fish! I’ve seen everything, from neon tetras to oscars!

  27. Angela Rodriguez on May 19, 2022 at 12:49 am

    Thank you

  28. spongebob daily on May 19, 2022 at 12:50 am

Our fish section is pretty tiny but there is still fish

  29. Iron Tough01 on May 19, 2022 at 12:54 am

That’s not near as bad as my Walmart. They are like the fish in three of those tanks combined in one tank.

  33. Royal Mittens' Randomness on May 19, 2022 at 1:01 am

The fish there don’t actually look too bad. At my Walmart, there’s always dead fish. It’s really sad to me, but I guess it is what it is.

  34. Foxceles on May 19, 2022 at 1:02 am

The Walmart in my area used to have a fish section but now it’s all pet or plant stuff

  35. Brittany Verjes on May 19, 2022 at 1:02 am

Its so sad what walmart sells

  38. Jessica Woodward on May 19, 2022 at 1:06 am

All of mine do. It’s ridiculous, my grandma bought several to put in an outside pond that she has. It’s about 35_40 gallons I guess. And she was upset that most of them died. So I went to Petco and go her so better quality fish and several allege eaters. She’s much happier now!

  41. Chewy's Bro Aquatics on May 19, 2022 at 1:09 am

I’ve been to a Walmart that has 3 fish systems but they look supper old, they even had gravel and plants in all the tanks but the Walmart near me has just one fish system like the one in the video

  46. kat huz on May 19, 2022 at 1:15 am

i rescue my betta’s from walmart. it’s terrible the conditions they’re forced to live in is "acceptable".

  47. SGrayMe on May 19, 2022 at 1:15 am

I have mixed feelings about the fish display you saw, which my closest Walmart switched to a few months ago. In some ways it’s much nicer than the previous display, but there’s definitely less space per compartment than the old display. Goldfish and plecos used to have more space to move around, even if the water quality was questionable. And the poor bettas still are stuck in little cups that clearly don’t get enough attention – even though Walmart charges more for non-premium body form than my PetSmart store.
