People like this make me hate being in public and personal reasons.
IN the Old days Gladis cravats would Just Look Out her blinds. Now she is perfectly comfortable to go to every House car kids and demand Info.
I always say that about how people should be required to work service industry jobs so they understand the pain
It’s obvious when a dog is a service dog so don’t ask. If you are obvious then ask the person if the dog is a service dog or not and if yes then say I’m sorry I wasn’t sure and wanted to ask before just asking if I can pet your dog
Ok so I want to talk about the service dog thing . I don’t have a service dog and I do find that she should have accepted the fact it’s a service dog you don’t pet it . But I have another thing to say if it wasn’t a service dog the owner still has the right to tell you no as sims dogs could be working through trauma or something so they might also be setting a boundary for that reason and you should accept it and not demand you say hi to them . If you desperately want to say hi to dogs maybe go to a place that allows you to . There’s a specific name but I forgot the name . But my point is even if it wasn’t a service dog it still does not give you the right to pet it if they say no . The owner knows the dog best . They know how they are with people if they have bad history with certain people they may say no for your safety but I’m sure they would have something to say if they said yes and it hurt them in some way . So if a owner says no it means no it isn’t mean throw a tantrum cause they won’t let you do what you want . They’re service dogs for a reason aswell . Some of these service dogs are in charge of making sure the person stays alive so by messing with that it could possibly result in consequences .
I felt bad having to ask to pet the service dog that is specifically working at my nursing school for the students to help with stress relief. I can’t imagine being entitled enough to just ask a random person if I can pet their service dog and get offended when the obvious answer is "no."
How I am just now figuring out you have a youtube
That lady shouldn’t be driving.
11:31 she is correct the lady shouldn’t have been back there but her comment is also racist "White entitlement" is a racist comment. But she was right to yell at her and tell the other lady out she was in an employee only area. if it says service dog ask but most are a don’t touch while working and says service dog.
Idk if the lady who said she was pregnant was being a karen…and this is from someone who worked at a place where the bathroom was in the back near merchandise…and from someone who has never had kids and might never. I heard its illegal in my state at a business to deny someone access to a bathroom. True or not she might have heard the same. Plus I think she meant when u are pregnant u have more bladder problems and have to go to the restroom. It doesn’t sound like the worker even started out trying to politely explaining why she cannot use the restroom. She was just like gtfo. Also I do have a diagnosed bladder condition where I always feel like I need to go and have to go to the restroom more. So I can really understand the fustration of needing to go to the restroom thats right there and someone saying no with zero sympathy..
Here’s another option beyond working in retail….. work where you have to deal with a newsroom in any capacity. The staff in any given newsroom across America are some of the most uneducated yet most entitled people you’ll ever meet. Newsrooms are where common sense and good judgement go to die.
0:50 to true like girl has to know God is like not white right
That’s like asking me if you can give my child a lollipop and i say no and you still freaking do it anyways. Same difference. I audibly tell my kids not to touch the dog and then if the people are like "oh it’s ok" then and ONLY THEN can they approach
Someone comes up to a vehicle im driving asking me sideways question? My favorite option is to lay on the horn til they leave
To the pregnant mom one: She wasn’t acting entitled cuz she was white, she was acting entitled cuz she was pregnant.
WOOOOO HOOOOO Got a message on Facebook from you saying I won something!!!!!! Can’t wait to get it
The other day, I saw a service dog at work. Simply all I did was tell the owner their dog was adorable and continued on with my day. That’s all you need to do, if anything.
Toi bad woman. The dog has a job.
As someone who RECENTLY got an accident. Yeah. Also as my mom says: "At a certain age, people need to retake their drivers test."
I understand we all can have a bad day and take it out in maybe an unhealthy way. The right thing to do would be to apologize and move on, not double down on your bad behavior and act like you were in the right.
Boca does have some of the craziest drivers. Way to many country clubs near eachother. And they are so entitled!!
And the mall… I can’t even shop in any mall after working in Town Center for so many years.
People let you get away with a lot when you’re pregnant. If she had politely waddled up and explained the situation, they probably would have let her use the bathroom as long as she was escorted by the employee or approved by the manager.
The Karen gave all pregnant ladies a bad name.
I hope more stores would be more empathetic and give exceptions because when you have a full human pressing on multiple organs and your bladder. When gotta go, you gotta go. And often.
I said this on another video but the woman at 14:20 looks just like Victoria Justice in the episode of Victorious “Freak the Freak out” where she had to disguise herself for a Karaoke competition.
Lmao my service dog is for my severe social anxiety and anxiety in general so if this happened I would just cry and my dog would be like “AGAIN BRO?!?!”
what’s funny is if the prego lady would have asked permission, the girl would have probably let her use the bathroom. Like…people are not heartless. Also, as someone who is training a service dog who is still very young, it so freaking annoying when people engage with my dog. It is so hard to keep his attention right now because he’s a puppy and still training, and once he thinks its time to play, I might as well quit that session with him because after that, he is extremely hard to get back in focus.
On a Service Dog harness it says NO PETTING and you can’t miss it. That applies to both adults and children.
Karens are full of empty threats
Okay , I’m sorry I’m not saying she is wrong but i have been pregnant and I felt like I was going to pee myself and it was so hard to find a bathroom. But yes you shouldn’t argue with someone , I have pleaded with people because I was pregnant before but not just walked over to use their bathroom
hey this vid was really funny lmao…could you put the final eps of the runway here on yt ?
I live close to the villages in lady lake and omg the snow birds are by far the most dangerous thing in FL hands down
Walmart Karen’s have the worst fashion of Karen’s
Kids or mentally disabled adults (I am disabled myself, please don’t come for me. I’m simply high functioning.) asking to pet a service service dog is one thing, and usually they understand when you say no after explaining why, but people like this are just entitled as all hell. They KNOW better but just don’t care.
when I was like 8, I went up to someone with a service dog, not knowing what that really was at the time, and I asked their owner if I could pet them.
The older man who was the owner looked at me and said “not right now, she’s working, but maybe later, kid” and I nodded, and I was a laser tag place so I went to play laser tag with my friends.
When I got back, he was still there, and when I asked again, he nodded and let me pet his service dog.
I suddenly remembered this. but always ask to pet someone’s pet, even if it’s not a service animal.
When I moved into my first apartment at college, my mom, my roommate, and I went to the local Walmart. (This was in 2014). We had bought a set of plastic storage drawers and to save on space and plastic bags, we asked the cashier to just put the small stuff inside the drawers. Literally took no extra time from if she was putting them in the bags. But the person behind us went ahead to yell and curse out the cashier for doing so even though it was our idea. My mom confronted him and it was scary because he got very up in her face. Thankfully everything was ok in the end. But the poor Walmart employees
Why the last lady gotta look like Snape
I teach my kids especially since I really need a service dog not to touch a service dog and only ask if you are already talking and say it’s ok if they can’t
My service dog is a 100 pound Doberman,he’s mobility assist and medical alert, him being a dobie keeps some people away because the breed is thought of as guard dogs, which they are great at protection, our other,Doberman,River is protection trained. I’ve had dobies for 45 yrs,but he’s the first I’ve had trained as a service dog. I will let people pet if they ask and he’s not alerting on me. He has a command,”make friends” which lets him know he can interact, but even then he is trained to be very calm and gentle so I’ve actually had people get upset he’s not trying to play with their kids or acting all excited. I’ve had several bad experiences with peoples fake service dogs or ESA dog they think are the same as service dogs. He’s been attacked three times by little dogs, once one jumped out of the cart (a poodle) and ran after Tahoe,he did his job and blocked me and didn’t react,oh and one thing service dogs aren’t allowed in carts. The other two times the dogs were chihuahuas and one got Tahoe on the back leg and punctured it,I normally don’t ask for management but that time I did and wanted her info and her kicked out, several shooters and a employee of the Walmart saw what happened and were telling her to get her dog out. She started to yell at me and tell me Dobermans can’t be service dogs because they are mean, all I could think is,really, who who attacked who. She ended up storming off before we could get cops or her info for the vet bill. It actually set Tahoe back awhile as he would see a dog get nervous and bark and that pissed me off because a fake service dog doing this could be detrimental to me if I had to retire him. He’s luckily come thru it,if another dog barks and lounges at him he might give a bark out but will correct as soon as I tell him quiet. But the situation was so frustrating. The once this little kid was being so obnoxious in public, running around, not listening to his mom, climbing on stuff,he saw Tahoe and ran up to him and my daughter saw him coming and intercepted it and told him this is a service dog and he’s working sorry. We were not about to let this obnoxious kid pet Tahoe,I am not his mom but I was not rewarding his behavior one and two I didn’t want him to make Tahoe anxious because the kid was making me anxious. The mom can up to us a few minutes later and said I give him permission to pet your dog,I told her know,he was working and she fought us saying it was her decision not mine. Anyway my daughter stood between her and me,she got pissed off and walked away. About five minutes later her kid runs up out of no where and hits Tahoe with a box of cereal,he spooked Tahoe, but he recovered quick, but it sent my blood pressure up and then he was alerting on me. My daughter gave the mom an ear full. Tahoe always wears his vest and it still surprises me when people say is that a service dog or just walk up without permission. But it’s actually the ESA and fakes that anger me the most. I think the ADA should have a registration,my daughter and I have talked about it would be easy, just a note from a doctor saying you have a disability and a service dog would help your condition. Then you train them or a trainer, send in a picture and info on the dog with RX and get a ID. Now yes some people won’t train them well but that’s were the laws come in now that you can train your own dog,I trained Tahoe, but if they act up in Public they can be asked to leave the . Maybe they have to pass the canine good citizen test at least to get the ID. I don’t know, but there has to be a way to cut down on the fakes because they are everywhere and on you tube I get advertisements all the time about how they can get you a ESA license for your dog so it can go MOST anywhere with you. It’s just a fraud to get peoples money and to mislead them, then make it harder on those of us who need our service dogs for real disability’s,not because we want to bring our neurotic purse dog with us everywhere. Anyway my opinion. I’m gals to see everyone on here trying to educate people because that’s all we can do.
Thank you for your comments about the service dogs. With my issues, allowing my service dog to interact with people at certain times helps. He has specific commands that let him say hello and tell him it’s time to get back to work. I have found that kids, and parents are so much better that the random adult. Unfortunately for the random jerks that try to distract my dog, I don’t keep my mouth shut. I loudly tell my dog that the ignorance of some humans is not his fault. Lol
Oh yes. A very kind African American women/women of color stole your crusty headphones. She can buy her own. Racism and Karenism at it’s finest.
You should make more longer form videos talking about your life or just things you like to record like this 😀
Unrelated to the main content, but petition for Sam to name her crow "Edgar Allan Crow."
The bathroom video reminded me of a visit to a small grocery store I went to recently. I was biking and really had to pee. I went in this small store thinking there was no way they had a bathroom but nearly desperate. I calmly asked an employee "You don’t happen to have a restroom do you?" He immediately directed me to go into the back and turn a couple corners to find the restroom. I literally ended up in a small bathroom tucked in their storeroom and I was just like "there is no way I’m supposed to be back here". I felt so awkward when I left (after buying a drink)
I draw the line at karens getting MAD CUZ THEY CANT PET A SERVICE DOG?? Thats just not okay. Little kids are fine cuz they dont still understand. And even if it would be a normal dog and the owner said not to pet it THEN FRICKING DONT.
My husband had the cops called on him for “stalking children” in a suburban neighborhood. He drives a bright red Dodge Charger with red spikes on the wheels and he’s a Pokémon Go player (a story for another time). He was slowly driving through the neighborhood catching Pokémon on his phone and someone called the police.
It took fifteen minutes of him showing the police that he had 1) a Pokémon sticker on the car and 2) An extra phone devoted entirely to Pokémon. They made him show the photos on his phones to be sure he wasn’t taking photos of children. He asked the cop how it would make sense to be stalking children in a red Charger loaded with after-market features that make it even more noticeable. He was so angry and embarrassed.
As a service dog handler thank you. The worst things happen. No respect sometimes.
I 100% know Karens who work in customer service who act like this. Their phrase is: I WORK WITH THE PUBLIC I KNOWWW HOW YOURE SUPPOST TO ACT!!
So what do we call a male Karen? Ken??
